Shipping policy

We ship all over the world using postal services.

A duty charge may apply on purchases outside the United Kingdom. These charges are levied by the local customs authorities in the destination country and we cannot predict their value -  nor can we refund or reimburse such costs. In the event these charges are not paid and your parcel is returned to sender, The Kit Room reserves the right to deduct any extra charges accrued from your refund upon arrival at our warehouse.

UK Royal Mail 1st Class (NO tracking) £1.25 - this delivery option does NOT provide a tracking number. We “The Kit Room” can not be responsible for any non delivered items by Royal Mail.

UK Royal Mail 1st Class Signed (Tracking number provided) £2.75 - we will provide you with a tracking number for your cards.
